Esta unidade federal de ensino superior \u00e9 resultado de uma luta intensa do mandato juntamente com a comunidade da regi\u00e3o Sudoeste da Capital. S\u00e3o quase 200 mil habitantes aguardando os cursos superiores gratuitos do Governo Federal.<br \/>\nLuis Cesar Bueno ressalta que as obras foram iniciadas em 2014 e quando estavam em est\u00e1gio bem avan\u00e7ado foram interrompidas. A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu justamente ap\u00f3s a transfer\u00eancia de governo, momento em que a presidenta Dilma foi injustamente deposta.<br \/>\nA conclus\u00e3o desta importante obra impactar\u00e1 diretamente a popula\u00e7\u00e3o da regi\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o 5.200 vagas de ensino t\u00e9cnico nas \u00e1reas biol\u00f3gicas e humanas. \u201cEstive recentemente com o professor Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues, Reitor do IFG, segundo ele, a obra ser\u00e1 retomada em agosto deste ano.
