Al&eacute;m disso, v&aacute;rios bairros da cidade foram tomados pelo o tr&aacute;fico de drogas, e seus moradores sofrem com os toques de recolher dados pelos traficantes, em um claro confronto com as for&ccedil;as policiais. <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt; line-height:150%;font-family:\">&ldquo;&Eacute; necess&aacute;rio enfrentar o crime com contund&ecirc;ncia.
